Privacy Policy

TaskGrid keeps standard server logs that include IP address, user agent, request path, response code, and timestamp. Those logs are retained for 30 days for security and operations purposes and then rotated out. We do not sell, share, or otherwise expose this log data to third parties, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics with cross-site identifiers, or behavioural retargeting on this site. We may add a privacy-preserving analytics tool in the future (the kind that does not use cookies and aggregates traffic without tracking individuals); when that happens, this page will be updated and the tool will be disclosed by name. We do not deploy session-recording or heatmap tools that capture individual visitor behaviour.

When you click an affiliate link on this site, the destination platform may attach a referral parameter to identify TaskGrid as the source so a commission can be paid if you eventually sign up. That referral mechanism does not transmit your name, email, or any other personally identifying information from us to the partner — the partner only receives the referral code and the click itself. The partner's own privacy policy applies to anything you do after you arrive on their site.

If you would like the server logs that contain your IP address purged ahead of the normal 30-day rotation, email [email protected] with the approximate dates of your visits and we will process the deletion within a reasonable window. Cookies set by this site are limited to a preview-mode session cookie for staging and a language preference; you can clear both at any time from your browser settings.
